Morris & Morris renders coverage opinions and represents insurance carriers in declaratory judgment actions and first party actions by insureds under all type of policies. Highly experienced in bad faith litigation, the firm served as counsel for the winning carrier in the Virginia case that established favorable ground rules for defense of third-party bad faith claims.
The firm represents casualty, life and health insurance companies and insureds in first-party and third-party claims. Representative matters include liability, indemnity/reinsurance coverage, arson, insurance fraud, theft, inflated claims, insurance application fraud and “bad faith” claims.
