Lakai Vinson

Lakai Vinson focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death and premises liability.

Prior to joining Morris & Morris, Ms. Vinson practiced with LeClairRyan where her practice included insurance and medical malpractice defense. Ms. Vinson received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University. After graduating from Hampton University, Ms. Vinson obtained her Juris Doctorate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Prior to attending law school, she worked at the U.S. Department of Justice in the National Criminal Enforcement Section as an Honors Paralegal in Washington, DC.

Ms. Vinson is an active member of the Hill-Tucker Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where she served as vice-chair of the Young Lawyers Division’s litigation committee. She also serves as the Co-Director of the Virginia State Bar’s Oliver Hill-Samuel Tucker Pre-Law Institute.
