
D. Cameron Beck, Jr.
D. Cameron Beck, Jr. (“Cam”) is the firm’s Managing Partner. He devotes his practice to civil litigation with a focus on trucking defense, retail and products liability, and commercial disputes. He also has experience in numerous construction matters. He has extensive jury trial experience throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, in both state and federal court. In addition to his jury trial experience, he has successfully represented clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution. He is a member of the Virginia Bar and has extensive jury trial experience in state and federal courts throughout Virginia. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and Richmond Bar Association. He is currently a member of ALFA International’s Transportation Practice Group Steering Committee.
Virginia Business Magazine has recognized Mr. Beck as a member of Virginia’s “Legal Elite” for Civil Litigation. He also has been recognized as a 2009, 2008, and 2007 Virginia Super Lawyer.
Originally from Massachusetts, Mr. Beck is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Washington and Lee School of Law. Following graduation, he clerked for The Honorable James W. Benton, Jr. of the Virginia Court of Appeals.
Mr. Beck has recently acheived the following distinctions:
- One of the only 29 “Litigation Stars” in 2009 for all of Virginia by Benchmark Litigation;
- A Virginia Super Lawyer for 2007-2009;
